Pets: Pets allowed at park owners discretion

Age Restriction:45 and over

Children: Children are allowed to visit but only for a
holiday period only (i.e. up to 14 days).

Other Information


Telephone: All new park homes have the cables installed for a BT telephone point, it is up to residents to arrange final connection to the new home. The current cost for this connection is £100.

TV Aerials: TV Aerials and Satellite dishes are welcome.

Refuse: The bins are collected from outside individual homes.
